Payout Terms

Payout Name	Plain English
Cash Lump Sum	A big check -- all the money at once.
Tenure Payment	A monthly payment for the rest of your life.
Term Payment	A monthly check for a fixed period. The most common terms are 10 years, 12 years, or 14 years. The money stops at the end of the term.
Line of Credit	A checking account with the cash. You earn interest on any unused balance.
Combination	Any mixture of the above options.
